  1. Due to the conduction of the current, ensure a stable contact between guide rail and

workpiece

  1. It’s necessary that has Solid contact with the machine table ; this will be ensured by suitable cable connections
  2. Pat attention to the conductivity of water. Incorrect conduction performance will not only affect the processing performance of your wire-cutting machine, but will also destroy the corrosion resistance of the fixture. Please confirm that the conduction value is between 5mS and 20mS. The pH of the dielectric should not be lower than PH 5.5, ideally up to PH7

 

  1. In order to maintain the working performance and corrosion resistance of CNC EDM  fixtures, it is necessary to remove the discharge residue on the components of the fixture once a week.
  2. If the fixture is used for multi-shift machining, the cleaning and maintenance work of the fixture shall be performed on the wire gap of the wire cutting machine.
